Resilience Capital Names Tim Seitter



An investment professional in Hunting Valley, Ohio, Bassem Mansour has served as co-CEO and managing partner of Resilience Capital Partners since 2001. Charged with overseeing investment decisions and investor relations for the firm, Bassem Mansour has helped Resilience earn the title of Private Equity Firm of the Year twice from the Cleveland chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

In February 2021, Resilience Capital Partners named Tim Seitter president and chief executive officer of CR Brands, one of the private equity firm’s portfolio companies. Mr. Seitter brings to the position more than 25 years of leadership in the consumer packaged-goods industry, most recently serving as president in the Europe and Americas division of ClinChoice, Inc., a global contract research organization.

Tim Seitter has also worked for Kraft Foods, Spalding Sports, and Pactiv Corporation, and he has served as vice president of marketing and head of the Oral Care Strategic Business Unit at Church and Dwight. In his leadership role with CR Brands, Mr. Seitter will provide strategic guidance for the firm’s licensed cleaning products, which include a new line of disinfecting wipes from Arm & Hammer.

For more than 20 years, Bassem Mansour has served as co-chief executive officer and managing partner of Resilience Capital Partners. A resident of Hunting Valley, Ohio, Bassem Mansour focuses on identifying investment potential in distressed companies and acquiring those involved in special situations, such as restructuring.

In June 2021, Mr. Mansour and Resilience co-CEO Steven Rosen led a roundtable discussion at the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship as part of Case Western Reserve University’s Entrepreneurship Speaker Series. The discussion focused on the pair’s co-founding of their private equity firm, which is headquartered in Cleveland.

Over the past two decades, Resilience Capital Partners has focused on investing in niche manufacturing and business service companies. The founders’ Zoom-based discussion was broadcast live on the Veale Institute’s LinkedIn profile page.
