Founder and co-CEO of Resilience Capital Partners, Bassem Mansour is a financial professional working in private equity and principal investing. Under his guidance, Resilience was named Private Equity Firm of the Year by the Cleveland chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth in 2016. Bassem Mansour currently leads the company’s operations and successfully directs investment decisions.
In February 2021, Resilience Capital Partners announced Tim Seitter as the new president and CEO of CR Brands, one of Resilience’s portfolio companies. Based in West Chester, Ohio, CR Brands is a packaged goods company that distributes licensed cleaning products, including the Arm & Hammer and OxiClean product lines.
Over more than 20 years, Seitter has acquired extensive experience in leadership roles. He previously held the position of vice president of the oral care strategic business unit at Church and Dwight. Additionally, he served as senior manager in various companies such as Pactiv Corporation and Kraft Foods. By joining CR Brands as CEO, Seitter will be leading team efforts to boost the company’s brand in the market.
